ABOUT " ...AND THE LIPSTICKS TRACES" - THE THEORY OF OBSCURITY
> Explanations

On this instrumental song, we refer to an interpretation of the Theory of Obscurity, presumably launched by N. Senada and by The Residents, and which established among others a correlation between the media and the level of creativity of an artist, the cultural industry always being more normative.
For us, anonymity (which is a fundamental principle of the theory of the Residents), is diverted under its decadent form: our band's name. Our objective is the same: abolishing the hierarchy in the band, in fine, playing with codes, making our music be delirious (in the etymological form, which is "not walking the line"). What we express, without any pretentiousness, is a kind of authenticity. The music we're making is what we are, what we stand for.
